This hotel is located in a very good area close to both shops and markets, which makes it very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was superb and transportation was easily accessible. The staff was excellent and provided great service.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to popular entertainment and shopping spots like night markets and street bazaars. the breakfast is good and sufficient, and the personnel are friendly and attentive. Guests can also enjoy fast wifi and well-serviced rooms with air conditioning.
The hotel lacks an elevator, making it difficult for those who cannot climb stairs or have heavy luggage.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Particularly the ladies who served breakfast were very kind. They really wanted to make guests happy and kept asking what we wanted to eat. The location is good, it is right in the middle of Silom area (night market and plenty of night life). The design of the rooms is very nice, the hotel is decorated very well, it looks different from most hotes, making it special. The hotel is small (fourteen rooms or so), so it feels cosy. I stayed here one year ago too, and the staff even remembered me and welcomed me back.
Small thing: the chairs in the breakfast area are not so comfy, not inviting you for a long and leisurely breakfast.

Superb location!! Especially if one is looking for the famous Bangkok entertainment and street shopping - since Glitz is bang in the middle of Pat Pong area. The popular night market isn't too far either and train station is also close-by. The rooms are pretty spacious and all basic amenities are taken care of. The hotel staff is just excellent! Very polite and always around and willing to answer as many questions as you may have!!
The only problem - No Lift/Elevator for guests. The hotel only has one specially made for the luggage. Stayed on the 4th floor, so that felt like quite a climb sometimes..

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the friendly staff and the cleanliness of my room. The location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to shopping malls. Another advantage was the good Wi-Fi connection, which helped me stay connected with my loved ones during the holidays.
There was sometimes a bad odor coming from the bathroom. Also, the public space was limited and there was no elevator, which made it difficult to reach the higher floors with luggage. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

The overall experience at the Glitz was good. There is a nice cafe attached to the lobby and the staff was friendly. The elder lady that makes breakfast is incredibly lovely. If you let her she takes care of you as if you were her child. She alone would be reason enough for us to return to the Glitz. Internet was working quite well and it was free. (Other hotels sometimes say its free, but once u get there u have to pay).
Nothing negative to say about the Glitz. It was a bit expensive to be honest, but value for money none the less.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating, allowing early check-in without extra charge. The room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping maintained it well. The breakfast was good and the location was convenient, within walking distance of food, clubs, and the MRT. No lift, but staying on the 4th floor was not a big deal.
All good

The hotel offered two great perks during my Christmas stay- free upgrade to a bigger room and a delicious breakfast served by friendly staff. The location was also ideal- close to popular attractions and easy to access public transportation.
The lack of an elevator was a downside and made it difficult to carry luggage to higher floors. the Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable at times.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, large rooms. Located near BTS and MRT but in quiet Surawong road. Free internet (WiFi and several PCs). Noone interested in your "business", good place for relaxation.
No elevator))) climbing like on the rock.

Extremely friendly staff. Very sweet lady dealing with the breakfast. Nice state of decoration. Very clean and well appointed rooms with all facilities. I usually stay in higher end accommodation but was very comfortable here. Also room was unusually quiet given it was right over the the main road.
There is only a lift for suitcases so should be borne in mind if you are uncomfortable with stairs. I wasn't too pleased about the cash payment on arrival but eventually paid by credit card with an extra 3% charge.
